Following is a brief description of the proposed Entertainment Complexes
for: New Orleans, LA, Jacksonville, FL, Savannah, GA, Charleston and Myrtle Beach, SC.
These projects will be planned and
developed by Steven M. Nobles of Port City
Development Company ("PCDC"). The Horizon Entertainment
Complexes ("The Complexes") will each contain approximately
40,000+ sq. ft.. The complexes are scheduled for completion in late 2010.
The Complexes will feature
some of the most superlative Food & Spirits on the eastern coastline.
Featuring Theme Restaurants serving cuisine and beverages to please
the local, as well as the International palate. The Complexes
will each contain the PCDC trademarked Computerized Wet Bars, Computer
Based Reality Games, Computerized Video and Sound & Lighting, in
addition to Internet access in selected locations within the Complex.
The Complexes will also
have up and down links for Satellite Broadcast and Sound (our unique
specialty). The Complexes will feature live Entertainment
weekly from around the country - to include Comedy, Jazz, Rhythm & Blues, "Down-home
Blues", Beach music, Pop and more. At least one night of
the week will be dedicated to New Talent (Open Mike). Talent (National & International),
in all Complexes will be booked by our agency (SEMI).

SELBON Entertainment Company ("SEC") - looking forward to " Entertaining
the Coastline" - always an enjoyable experience, with a few surprises!
SEC's prior entertainment development projects within the Complexes include,
but is not limited to: North Carolina - Hair Salons and Jacuzzis; Arkansas
- an indoor swimming pool. SEC was successful in packaging and
including these features in a number of its earlier entertainment Complexes.
The Horizon Complexes
will
include in-house managed
Boutiques.
Featuring The Complexes' own brand of clothing, accessories, and
cosmetics, along with other sought after well known brands.
These amenities and more will be available in each of The Complexes. The Complexes
will be close enough to enjoy each of the Port City's Coastline.
